And Philidor - you might know - what is the relation Safran-Airbus (I mean ownership) ? Are not those sort of "sister" companies ?
If so it just is a "step of progress" stated a year back by Bregier.....

No the question was different - if some of the important owners of AB and Snecma are not the "same thing" as is quite often. Why this question - you for sure remember last year as Bregier spoke about the problems with ZODIAC and that they are looking for some solution which will provide them with better control of the company..... It could have been: (just good relations with looooong years good supplier) A-We do have a problem with ZODIAC.... could you help us here, please - it might be on the end beneficial to you..... S-OK we will do that it is sound business decision.....we are ready to help if it makes sense to both parties

Ryan Air to bid for Alitalia Applying for a take over of its main competitor in Italy ... It would certainly create shareholder value, at the expense of other stakeholders (customers and staff).

The only solution is to "fire" ALL the employees and start over from the scratch, ban the unions...... If someone ? O'Leary might be the on to do it. But can this happen ? As always we will see.
