Is there an estimate when the first A321 with sharklets will be delivered, and is it still just this CFM powered A321 that has it, or is there yet an IAE powered test aircraft?

Airbus expects certification of the A321 sharklets in the middle of the year.

I've noticed something else different on this bird that I've not seen with other CFM powered ones. Airbus Industrie Airbus A321-211(WL) CN 5295 D-AZAK by Clément Alloing - AirTeamImages, on Flickr (Click on link to see larger version) Its engine exhaust nozzles features chevrons not unlike those found on the 787 engine nacelles. Could it be that Airbus is also introducing a new feature on A32x CFM engines for noise reduction?

Always a nice gesture from Airbus to include employees for milestone photo-ops.

MSN 5603, to be the third A321 with sharklets, has been allocated to Thomas Cook Airlines.
