H213 and H214 both had a fully painted Emirates A380 in them, can any one assist with which ones they were.
and finally the A380 paint shed nearest the river was open and contained the rear section of an A380 which was towed out and the doors closed

I would guess that the 2 extra bays (213 and 214) would have both MSN186 and MSN187 (MSN187 ready to roll out),
MSN201 could have directly been to the Paint Shop? (was the one frame spotted inside the Paint Shop already painted? (towed out or towed in?....)
MSN180 perhaps could now be in a FL hangar ready to roll out as well..

I am guess that as well but would like confirmation, the rear of the A380 in the paint shop was MSN215 (not yet convoyed) and was there for other work not paint. what are 215 and 214 used for now?

Those 2 extra bays 213 and 214 were built for both A320 and A380, and primarily used for wing repairs some time ago, now it seems they are used for some post-outfitting work, probably the work that was previously done in FL hangars (pre-flight preparations), probably giving more flexibility to use the FL hangars and also more sheltering place..

This is strange news. Why would a section from a not-yet-convoyed A380 frame find itself in a XFW hangar ? Could Airbus be experimenting a new outfitting process, with more equipment being fitted before convoy ?

That part would have been in the Paint Shop if I understand well, I'd agree this is real unusual,......
