Looks like msn 265 will be leased from LATAM to QR for 2 years: "MSN 265 (JJ#12) sporting its final reg (A7-AQA to become PR-XTJ upon lease return) - delivery this week. This frame is being leased by LATAM Airlines to Qatar Airways. Of the 12 frames owned by LATAM post delivery, 2 are leased to Hainan Airlines and 3 are leased to Qatar Airways. Of the 3 leased frames to Qatar Airways, 2 will be returned to LATAM in 2020 and 1 in 2021." source: airliners.net

When QR is so much in love to A350, why then they have 4 of 900 and 2 of 1000 with earlier MSN still in parking or not yet accepted?

When QR is so much in love to A350, why then they have 4 of 900 and 2 of 1000 with earlier MSN still in parking or not yet accepted? QR had a major fight with Airbus about their A320neo order (though they were the A320neo launch customer, they refused to take delivery because of the P&W early engine issues). To put more pressure on Airbus, QR then delayed A350 deliveries and even cancelled a few orders. When an agreement was struck to convert the A320neo order to A321neos, thereby deferring deliveries, then the A350 delivery schedule was entirely re-arranged, and QR has since been sticking to that schedule. So, QR isn't late per its contract. Any frame sitting a long time in TLS must result from the way Airbus managed its 'firing order' during and after its dispute with QR. QR might be set for additional orders, unless they prefer the flexibility from short-term leases.

Are the earlier frames ( A7-AMA and AMB ) in LATAM livery as A7-AQA is ? From memory the Hainan frames are in their livery. Geoff
