Looks like msn 265 will be leased from LATAM to QR for 2 years: "MSN 265 (JJ#12) sporting its final reg (A7-AQA to become PR-XTJ upon lease return) - delivery this week. This frame is being leased by LATAM Airlines to Qatar Airways. Of the 12 frames owned by LATAM post delivery, 2 are leased to Hainan Airlines and 3 are leased to Qatar Airways. Of the 3 leased frames to Qatar Airways, 2 will be returned to LATAM in 2020 and 1 in 2021." source: airliners.net Thanks for that. Are the earlier frames ( A7-AMA and AMB ) in LATAM livery as A7-AQA is ? From memory the Hainan frames are in their livery. Geoff yes they are

Where should move the thread to QA or JJ delivered section? Personally, I felt like Latam works better since they are owned by latam, and in prior case we put MSN 64 and MSN 79 under Latam. However, we put MSN 226 and MSN 245 under Hainan rather than Latam, so 🤷🏽♀️

Another one simply the color scheme or you wait for Aurbus OD. MSN 265 seems to a be dry lease, operated by Qatar.

One criteria could be dry lease (put it to the lessee) vs. wet lease (put it under the lessor). Another one simply the color scheme or you wait for Aurbus OD. MSN 265 seems to a be dry lease, operated by Qatar. We recently had an unconclusive discussion on this topic. I like Sciing's criteria. In this case, both the paint scheme and the nature of the lease agreement (dry and short-term) dictate that the frame be considered as part of the LATAM fleet.
