Question, why is a Peach delivery on an Airbus flight number? Because Peach wants the aircraft delivered on their doorstep F.O.B. destination?

... I think I heard somewhere (maybe aNet?) that some works need to be done at UTP before the airline takes delivery? It kinda makes sense cause UTP is a de-tour to Japan. But it also could be they didn't get China airspace clearance. It would be the latter because it seems there is no work done. The last two that I can trace back only stayed in UTP for an overnight stop.

According to the latest Airbus O&D sheet, MSN 8925 was delivered on May 31 to "AERO K (CAMBODIA AIRWAYS)". Does this mean it's delivered to Aero K but then got sub-leased to Cambodia Airways?
