Not sure where to put this, just a note here. Virgin's two oldest A330-300s (G-VSXY MSN 1195 and G-VKSS MSN 1201) both went to XMN on 4th December, for preparation for return to lessor by February 2023. The first 10 A330-900 are for direct replacement of 10 existing A330-300s. The A330neo delivery plan was 3 in 2022, 3 in 2023 and 4 in 2024. With MSN 2034 now changed to Delta, this could change slightly. The next two A330neo (MSN 2025 & MSN 2029) are going to replace G-VLUX MSN 1206 & G-VGEM MSN 1215 by March and April 2023. But the fifth A330-300 G-VINE (return to lessor by July 2023) could be replaced by A350 MSN605 (due in June 2023), to help Virgin to reduce costs and return to profit in 2023. So the rest of 6 A330neo could all be delivered in 2024 (or 1 by the end of 2023 and 5 in 2024). That's why we haven't seen any further A330neo allocation to Virgin until MSN2050. After a330-300 replacement ends, maybe time for 787-9 retirement. 15 of 17 VS 787 are leased with lease expirations from 2026 to 2030. Virgin may have all airbus fleet with only 2 type of aircrafr: a330neo and a350-1000. www.planespotters.net/airline/Virgin-Atlanticwww.key.aero/article/virgin-atlantic-ditch-dreamliners-and-go-all-airbus
