Following the live feed, i found one comment from Fabrice Bregier astonishing: He was speaking about Airbus grabbing 50+ percent of the future wide body market... He seem to work very closely with JL

According to bloomberg.com United could switch their order for twentyfive A359 to A351. and then there is this... Well, they have 50 options, so 4 dozens would be.....

Just following the chat on airliners and mentioned about the 2nd a350 FAL. Looking at the pictures it seems it is structurally complete, but when should it be functional to increase production?
I only wished i could see the list of msn's (msn7 and after) they plan to build after the first Qatar plane. Do they not allow this to be publicized because airlines ask for it not to be published or is it because publishing means they can no longer have flexibility with production order?

I'm a little confused as to what this means. I thought Airbus has been studying a 2nd A350 FAL and that the decision is to be taken by this year. The one I think you're referring to is just an extension to the existing production line. Can someone explain to me what's going on here...

There is some confusion I see. The second building currently under construction is part of the first assembly line and will be operational from next year. Building A50 and M50 are part of 1 assembly line; the line will then have 4 station 30s and 4 station 40s instead of 2 each at this moment. This line will be able to output at least 10 A350s per month. The dedicated assembly line for the -1000 (if built) will be similar to the current M50 building, it should have its own station 59 and station 50 for fuselage join etc.
