I am fluent in Russian and I fully understand the linked text.
The article presented by BVB09 contains a piece from an interview of the Governor of the region where Vladivostok (VVO) is located. This official is equivalent to what a Governor in some state of the USA is. He claims that Transaero is getting 2 units of A380 and will be operating to VVO and JFK and that VVO runway is ready for A380 operations (he used specifically the word "runway"). By the way, he says specifically that A380 will be operating to this region but by default we should presume that he means VVO. KHV is in another region.

Both 748 and A380 deliveries have been postponed to 2016.

This will reduce the total number of deliveries for the year. . No, surely not, the 30th plane will likely be MSN194, convoid 1 month ago.

The WSJ does quote Bregier as considering it unlikely that Transaero could take delivery of its first A380 this year. We know of course that it is impossible, not unlikely.
Bregier is also quoted as linking a likely shortfall in deliveries (< 30) to the Transaero delay.
Is Bregier trying to avoid comments that poor A380 sales start to reflect on deliveries ?
