I wonder if production has become too "lean" after all? Every hickup creates chaos it seems. I don't think it has to do with 'lean' production : it's not a problem with an understocked factory, it's a design issue. I think high production rates amplify the consequences of any part manufacturer screw-up.

To speak as he did, Bregier must be absolutely positive P&W is in control of all GTF problems.

As the second half of the year kicks in, flight activity increases:
- Pegasus 1st A320neo first flight imminent & delivery this month - IndiGo 5th A320neo already flying & delivery this month - Lufthansa's 3rd A320neo already flying & delivery this month - China Southern 1st A320neo first flight today, delivery might happen this month - Frontier 1st A320neo runway tests
We should see production frame activity increasing during the coming months.

So, a stall margin problem was found on both the LEAP 1-A and the LEAP 1-B, and the reblading of the LEAP 1-A had little to do with durability issues - that was just CFM spin.
CFM issues may be more serious than P&W's ... No surprise that no customer was lured to the LEAP when P&W's problems were disclosed.

I think there is a durability problem with it having to run hotter ? They just forgot to mention the stall bit

CFM issues may be more serious than P&W's ... Is there any chance to see A400M to go on rescue mission as well ?
