Looks like someone also stole her APU, poor bird. How can you tell? Her flap track fairings are missing too. What are they doing to her? Storage?

I thought it wasn't there since the metal exhaust part appears to be missing although now that you mention it, they could have just removed the exhaust part and not the APU.

I'm not so sure, whilst there's definitely plastic wrap over it, it looks a bit shorter and stubbier (maybe that's just an illusion though). Regarding the flap track fairings, I've noticed that they've also removed one of them on MSN5 ( The far left one in this picture, Another picture) and a few weeks ago MSN1 did a flight with a different colour flap trap fairings ( Picture) so perhaps they're testing/ implementing a slightly new design. Alternately, perhaps there is a shortage in flap track fairings so they're borrowing the ones from MSN3 and 5.

I'm not so sure, whilst there's definitely plastic wrap over it, it looks a bit shorter and stubbier (maybe that's just an illusion though). Ah, now I see what you mean. On the FTFs, very interesting observation. And what's with the green wing to body fairing. Some aero tweaks in the works?
