The first two 787s are to be scrapped in Prestwick (PIK) according to Seth Miller
Does anyone know the Line Numbers of these birds?
Edit: it would seem that these are ex-Norwegian -8s, stored in PIK for quite some time and not airworthy anymore according to aero.de
My money is on LN102 and LN112, which were stored at PIK in 2019 and were recently "delivered" to Purple Orchid LLC (January 26th 2022). Both are 10 years old this year.
Only alternative would be LN279, which is also stored at PIK.

I understand that Boeing is becoming luke warm now about human spaceflight. Can anyone envisage them agreeing to their aircraft manufacture being taken over since not much they have touched in the lasyt years has turned to gold? If so, are there any potential buyers out there - except for Russia who have a need but wouldn't be allowed?
