It's the lowest age I have ever heard for widebody that is to be scrapped after normal trouble free use.  Some 777As or 777Es have recently been scrapped at about the same age (I don't know about their flight hours or cycles). That's why I see a pattern there. When C-check time comes, the owner has to decide if the aircraft warrants the investment. A high scrap value also makes scrapping an attractive solution. |

MSN353 and 362, two former Air India aircraft has been transfered to LIS and is said (but not confirmed) to replace two A310s for SATA

MSN 1610 made its first flight yesterday. Callsign was AIB04CX.. I believe that's the 4th flight? I've listed MSN 1610 first flight on April 27th. |
