Now I see it, I accidentally counted MSN 891 too which gave me 992 + 6 = 998.

MSN 1432, B-5929, Sichuan Airlines.
Delivery today the 19.7.13 TLS-CTU according to Skyliner.
Should now be #998.

Any idea who will get #999? One MRTT can have slipped our attention. MSN 1439 or 1419 for Airtanker (RAF) have been flying around.

Fantastic! Congratulations to Airbus and Cathay Pacific for having reached this huge milestone. I think it's good that they wrote "We are flying..." rather than just "1000th A330". It makes it stand out a little more to people who have no idea about planes in general.

It seems that number 999 was a A 330 MRTT MSN 1080 (EC-339) delivered to the UAE air force.
Delivery flight like MSN 1436 Cathay Pacific, today on the 20.07.2013.
