Spirit just released its Q4 and full-year 2013 results. As usual, they provide a useful insight into the A350 program. They are available on line one of the following link : phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=196548&id=3&p=irol-reportsOtherSpirit delivered 4 shipsets in Q4 2013 (as many as in the cumulated three previous quarters), pushing the full-year number to 8 (vs 3 in 2012), and demonstrating a strong increase in the production rate. From these numbers, my judgment is that production now seems to be on pace and on track to meet the program requirements, and that Spirit probably is no more the source of concern to Airbus it once was.

So parts for at least up to MSN11 are around. Seems like a good sign.

On the other hand, the numbers refer to shipsets delivered to their own French factory (additional work is performed there before delivery to Airbus). So, I don't think they are at MSN 11 yet, but they 'll be there soon !

According to Fernando Alonso, senior vice-president flight and integration tests, Airbus is "on target for the weight with the ‘batch 2’ aircraft". He further said " I am very confident that we will deliver the payload and the range that we planned". www.flightglobal.com/news/articles/singapore-airbus-confident-on-a350-performance-numbers-395723/‘Batch 2’ airplanes will be built with production-standard engines. The first of them is MSN 5, which is to fly in May. Alonso also said that Airbus is making “steady progress” towards type certification in the third quarter.

There should be at least 1 more delivery in January or February 2014, so we are at MSN 10 in pre-FAL.

I have some doubt about MSN21 and don't trust the sources here. Seems like my prediction was correct when looking at the update of the production list

Yes, the A350-800 has been pushed back, MSN154 is now supposed to be the first unit.
