We can definitely say that MSN162 is not in storage as it is. Perhaps moving her to Toulouse was moving her to the test flight center while she is waiting for new parts for outfitting.

MSN 162 took off at 0901 UTC flew a short flight to south and southwest before landing at approx 1011 UTC and she then returned to the same parking area until later in the our when she changed callsign to 162R13 and returned to the normal northern flight line and is still visible now. Attachments:
