I Flew with this AC in DRC. Unforunatelly I didn't get a picture from the outside. Does anyone know the model? View AttachmentMy guess would be a NANC YS-11 if it was a twin.

I first had to know 2 or 4 engines. Flying Dutchman, seems this is your bird (given the color of the engines and positions of the windows from the interior shot): Photo 1 Photo 2

That's it! It's from 2007. This was the Lubumbashi - Kalemie flight. On the more civilized Kinshasa - Lubumbashi flights as least they served beer of a proper size:  (75cl bottles)

It can be that I was a Passenger on that bird, if not than one of its sisters. I do not know how many Piedmont had at that time. It must have been around 1970/1.
