Wasn't thar far off with my estimate. The KE in the flightline is MSN 126 and was delivered on 28 August 2013. Haha I might be as a little dot on that image. Had my work experience in the flightline around that time.

julytourist I just made a small guide (with the help of an updated Google Maps)... Very good idea Johann! And great to see that Google finally uses more actual pics. I'm missing the A380 delivery center and it would be great to see visitor's hill too! If you are too busy now I could try it on my own, but... In addition it would be nice to have a pic with all used/usable spotting positions and their angle of view.

I was told today that from November all tours of XFW would include the A380 balcony from November this year, they will apparently visit fours sites in the factory the tour centre, the rear fuselage assembly, the minibus assembly line in Hangar14 and the A380 balcony, the tours should last 2 hours.
