Well, so far it's only a letter of intent ... COMAC may not yet be in a position to take firm orders, which come with a firm delivery schedule.

Congo's Transport Ministry firmed up an MOU for three ARJ-21's. Another 50 were orderded by China Merchants Bank financial leasing arm (30) and Comsys (Tianjin) International Leasing Co (20). The latter are yet unknown if firm or MOU's.

Well, route proving flights started last month. It should be one of the last certification phases.
