In the past (no later than this year), some convoys have been cancelled. It may happen again ...
Yet, if Airbus stills has plans to build 30 frames in 2015, it is perfectly logical to convey 30 frames to TLS next year.

This means 18 convoys in the first half of the year ! Even with an August lull, the number is another indication that Airbus is quietly ramping up production over 30/year.
