Let's hope if the Brexit Article 50 button is pressed that such events will be happening in 5 years and beyond. I can't see France or Germany putting an import tariff on aircraft wings, and I can't see the UK putting import tariffs on A350 wing skins either

Does the wingspan increase affect how the wings will be shipped, will the be shipped singly like the A350 or in pairs?

The winglet is only put onto the aircraft at the FAL at Toulouse and since the increase in wingspan on the neo is only from the different winglet, there shouldn't be a problem of putting 2 A330 wings in the current A300 Beluga.

I don't know whether A330neo wings could be carried in pairs by present Belugas, but there is no problem with future new Belugas, which have been designed to carry a pair of A350 wings. EDIT : I read jkkw's post above. He may be right, though I wish to point out that the A330neo has not only a new winglet, but a significant span extension as well (from 60,30 m to 64 m). Most of the span increase comes from the new winglets 'Most of' is hyperbole, in my opinion. Taking off an existing wing-tip to replace it with a different one is far from providing a two meters extension per wing on an aircraft this size.
