It takes some 12 hours to replace an engine. I have no idea if they replace all four engines at the same time. I think you can if you have 4 times each handling one engine

Interesting - so it is doable.
If they did it so fast it probably means that the plane will go soon out.

Just have no idea what the process is but I'd reckon the whole {engine+nacelle} would have to be taken off the wings, to just change the engine?...
