Must be MSN25 QR #10, the tail fins of all other customers are painted.

Is MSN18 and MSN20 the last 2 aircraft requiring the rework? I don't think we know for sure. That seemed to be the plan back when the first test aircraft were in production and Airbus layed out plans for three production blocks. If I remember correctly, MSN 20 should be the last block 2 aircraft. This confirms the observation for MSN21 (1st batch3) which went directly from P18 to S20 tent.
