The other were maybe a week longer in S30, but I guees the biggest improvement will come if the work between P18 and paint is not necessary anymore.

The good question is when the work between P18-paint will stops. I would hope it stops soon otherwise they will run out of tents to put planes into to be reworked on. As far as I see it seems all tents are currently utilised.

MSN26 was less than 30 days in S30. Final assembly lead time is decreasing significantly. I don't remember how long previous MSNs stayed in S30. Was it much longer ? Anyhow, shorter lead times is great news. I believe MSN 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 etc spend more than two months in S30.

Thank you, XWB. 50% gain (one full month !) shows great improvement.

sciing - we discussed before some months what rework is 1st of all the word rework implicates something is wrong and has to be redone! I just want just to disagree this kind of implication and concerns in the post I answered. I think and just guess that a big part is really planned. That it is part of the ramp and the development of the production process to implement steps by the time in earlier stages and to do more parallel, but to start with doing a bigger part in the final assembly line (under full Airbus control) and do thinks serial step by step.
