Problem is we don't know how old the above photo is. Perhaps the two SQ A350s are MSN 30 and 31. It must be an old one because MSN21 was spotted at Delivery Center today, so it's not possible to have 4 QR frames at the flightline.

Currently a 4th tent is being constructed on the A09 spot at the A380 site. Three more tents will be constructed in the coming months, bringing it to 7 tents. twitter.com/Frenchpainter

Those tents are for rework*.
* Actually the correct term is "outstanding work (OSW)". I believe Boeing calls it traveling work.

The new tents are needed because the FAL rate has gone up to 5 pm in Jan16 and will be 6pm in July16, so more frames coming out and still delays with loos and seats from suppliers. You need more tents !
