Thanks XWB! Oh MSN6 is still on the FL, would it have to wait for an OF bay (C63, C64?) to be freed to finish the cabin, and how long could it take?...

Maybe MSN6 will bring us some kind of surprise.

Maybe MSN6 will bring us some kind of surprise. Kevin, I know you're a very reliable source for Airbus information. Just have to ask, are you hinting at something here? QR's (and the world's) first A350 does not seem to have anything special to distinguish it from the rest. ANA has a special livery on their first 787.

I doubt it as that would require repainting the entire fuselage. Then again, we are dealing with QR so anything could happen. What would be more likely (in line with what Baroque is saying) is to have stickers applied to commemorate the aircraft being the first A350 being delivered although that would be dependent on if QR actually wants to differentiate the aircraft (whilst ANA did it for the 787, SQ didn't for the A380). What I am hoping this 'surprise' will be is the completion of a RTO in the coming days with first flight following not long after that and/or more pictures of the aircraft and details of the aircraft's interior or initial routes/operations.

Not quite sure about the info which all depend on the ongoing test progress and cabin installation..what I mean is we may expect the first delivery much earlier than 'year end'...but as we all know the stories on A380, it's Qatar and the first A350 delivery as well, so many unexpected factors may exist..

So if I well understand there's now only A350-MSN11 at station L70, for one month until around 15-20th/11, where A350-MSN12 might be ready to replace it there unless they stay in there together for a little while..
