The airline is adding four more A350-900s to its fleet via the second-hand market. Lufthansa is acquiring four more A350-900s. "The aircraft will be acquired by Deucalion Aviation Limited and will be delivered to the group later this year," Lufthansa announced in Frankfurt on Tuesday. According to media information, Lufthansa recently had up to six used A350-900s: four former LATAM aircraft that are waiting for a new operator in the USA and two A350-900s that have been discarded by South African Airways, which have been based in Teruel, Spain, since July 2020 Landing gears stand in the stomach. Lufthansa initially left open whether the newcomers were which aircraft. |
