It looks like 6 toilets in the front section for 56 pax, so that seems fine. Maybe the problem is in economy at the back ?

Total of 10 toilets on BA A350, the same number as Virgin. But from the toilet allocation, we can see BA treats their PE passengers as Y class, and Virgin treats their PE passengers more close to Business Class - that's why PE on VS flights are often full (before the pandemic obviously).
