The first of the two CDB A330-300 order has entered conversion at DRS. MSN 958, ex-China Southern. The actual operator is unknown at this point. Airbus A330 -343 958 EI-GVZ CDB Aviation ferried 23apr21 CAN-DRS, for freighter conversion ex B-6502 www.skyliner-aviation.de/regdb.main?LC=nav4&page=2

Thanks mayerfm for the info. I'm actually really surprised by a couple things: 1. MasAir getting Airbus freighters with them historically being a 767 operators with frames mostly from CAM/ATSG. I think in the article it mentions that they'll spend a couple millions training pilots for A330s and getting the maintenance equipments. It's still a major expense for a small carrier. 2. MasAir/Altavair is able to get conversion slots this early (delivery early 2022). Previously reported is that the slots are sold out till end of 2022. Isn't EFW maxed out with the pair from CDB in Q2? If the induction comes later than Q2, I'm thinking no way the delivery could happen in Q1 2022.
