During a 3 days China PM visit in France, a Chinese order should be announced today or this week, 70 A300 will be ordered with all versions: A330-200, 300 and regional in french: t.co/LV26Kl8goG If this is true + if I count well the ceo order book is FULL. Don't forget to count south Korean order of 4 a330 MRTT!

The Chinese are always slow in firming up their orders, but will take them eventually.

GTAs are agreed between the central government and manufacturers, whereas orders come from contracts with companies or lessors. In this case, the GTA numbers certainly sum up orders already negociated between Airbus and Chinese customers.
Actual orders will follow soon.

Well according to experience from 3 years back - they might follow but I doubt soon - I believe we even now can not identify which of many orders from China are those 60 from the GTA ? I even believe the wording of the GTA might be so as the customer is obliged to order...... And I believe it will be the same now - we will not be sure GTA is according to my investigation more complex instrument not only as an agreement between the state and some company. As an example agreement among two car renting companies etc.

GTAs are common Chinese practice to implement their double-decision system. Most - if not all - of them are umbrellas for orders from several operators, some of which remain undisclosed for a while. We may not know who has ordered the aircraft, but I am sure the orders are there.

The order will firm up eventually no matter how we called it (GTA, MoU..) For my understanding, 75 is a done deal.

It is clear that Airbus is so happy for signing the agreement. GTA is a firm order (see the second video)

Fine - so it is similar to GTA with Boeing in my earlier post - fine.
Also completion center makes sense - they will fly the plane instead TLS-XFW - TLS-TSN.
