Those orders are through or has been transfered to the leasing company MG Aviation, and at least two of them are going to Norwegian. First delivery in 2016

This was expected, but it is still very good news ! The A330neo now must have around 150 orders, while the A321 LR order heralds many more from other customers.

I don't know if I understand your remark correctly but TK already operates five A330F's I was answering someone's post contending that Airbus should log three new A330 orders, not four. My opinion is that there are four new orders, unless one cancellation from Avianca has been recorded, which we don't know.
