You are wrong, not to book the same number of additional orders from Ethiopian Airlines, but 20 a350-1000. I can dream of an additional order for 20 A350s from ET but, dreams and marketing talk aside, this is unrealistic. They already ordered 12, which is a lot (with 7 or 8 additional orders, they would have more A350s than BA !), and whatever they say I don't think they could use more than 20 altogether.

BA has 18 A350s on order. Of course ! I meant that ET's 12 existing orders plus 7 or eight possible additional orders (let alone 20 as suggested in their communication) would be more A350s than BA. My post was definitely poorly writen, and I am editing it.

Regarding Qantas and the A350 So it looks like QF won't be behind these 7 slots

Well, in a way, it should may some sense as QF already has 787s working for its Jetstar subsidiary. So they should have everything in place, maintenance and training to introduce the type to the mainline fleet.

I'm a bit late to the party, but maybe we should vote? Is it going to be...
Emirates? Delta? Ethiopian? Qantas? Virgin? Anyone else?
