I wonder whether these frames are among those that have already been officially canceled by QR ... everything else would be strange. I think the first was MSN6772 expected to become A7-AJB, than MSN6829 A7-AJC. With three cancelled, MSN6904 A7-AJD should also find a new home.

so these cancelled frames are indeed being picked up buy other Airlines. nice!!!!! pretty quickly too.

The list of the Airbus A320neo frames that supposed to be delivered to Qatar Airways: The only QR´s A320neo frame that had its engines installed for a while - two PW1127G-JM geared turbofans (fan diameter: 2.057,4 mm / 81,0 in; eng. architecture: F]G[3LPC-8HPC ^ 2HPT-3LPT), each 120,43 kN / 12.280 kgf / 27.075 lbf, is Airbus A320-271N, MSN 6772, test reg. D-AXAN, and which has accomplished two test flights ( XFW- XFW) on 4. Dec 2015 and 9. Dec 2015. A320-271N (MSN 6772), Qatar Airways, reg. A7-AJB (test reg. D-AXAN)

Could there be a change to the hydraulics that is expensive or difficult to integrate on already or early build frames?
The change in regards to overheating.
