You may well be right, QR may stay with P&W. They threatened to switch to CFM, but they never said they actually had switched. I would not be surprised if their intention was mainly to exert pressure on P&W. Fabien, one-sidedly breaking an engine supply contract would create a legal and financial mess. Is it a safe bet when the alternative supplier is not problem-free, and has no early available slots ? On the other hand, the GTF may turn out to be the better engine ...

Has the airline officially announced its engine choice, or have we still only speculation that they switched to the LEAP - 1A ? EDIT : I just saw that the first post still mentions the initial P&W choice. So, I suppose that we don't have any official answer.

It's still a little hard for me to believe, the 2 A319LR they operate do not go "anywhere" close to even at least the range of a regular A319.
