The shame is that TK has not a single A350 on order ! After the use of those new ones it might change.

In the past, TK has used short leases to evaluate a new aircraft type before ordering it.

let's see if this might be true: The first aircraft are leased from AerCap, SriLankan can't sell them.

Just like we had those rumors about TK leasing A380s and 787s. It never happened.

The shame is that TK has not a single A350 on order ! According to Airbus there are some 50 A330 operators that have not yet ordered A350s or 787s. Huge potential.

Let's start speculations about new customer for 3 a359 who was to be on lease from aercap to Srilankan Airlines (msn 52, 55, 60). In my opinion these customer will be Cathay Pacific.

I think HNA group or Ethiopian Airlines are the main candidates. HNA Group took over two A350 orders from Azul (AerCap customer) and probably needs some more 350s to reach a critical fleet size for whatever Airline that will use that pair of A350s ET said that they would order another 10 A350s during the A350's visit in ADD.
