The negotiation didn't go well with Airbus work sharing in China, TSN A320 line is only 5% of the overall production work. A330 final preparation be regarded as worth nothing to the Chinese. Airbus needs to promise some A350 (or even A380) work moving to China, before any A350 delivery or A380 order. The FAL in TSN is currently at 4 frames a month. If we count TLS at 16, XFW at 32 and BFM at 4, than TSN is currently at 7%. That includes, that the fourth FAL in XFW is fully ramped up. TSN will now ramp to 6, while Airbus going to 60 overall, that brings TSN to 10%. Before the forth FAL in XFW TSN was not less than 8.3 % of A320 family production. Where do you get the 5%? Final assembly line only count 5% of work for the whole production of each frame, nothing to do with how many frames been produced.

Though the Chinese would certainly like it, Airbus has not to produce any A350 in China, and isn't going to, not anymore than Boeing will produce any 787. Nevertheless, China will soon have to authorise the A350 ... There is, indeed, an effort from China to pressure European governments into acknowledging Chinese aircraft certifications. European governments, however, are not going to budge on a major security issue.
