I saw a reference on twitter to A350 MSN001 trialling a new (0.5m) taller winglet .... Does anyone know much about this ... Does it give significant fuel savings?

Does not show anymore. Must be SIA. It must have been around the time a whole bunch of Singapore 350's depart for Europe

Those new winglets must be part of the aerodynamic improvements Airbus announced in 2016.
