SQ receive their frames according to letter sequence, and MSN254 is SHA, MSN263 is SHB. If MSN263 is green, MSN254 will be green as well. Perhaps generally true, though all their A380s weren't delivered in 'letter sequences'?.....

But their A350 and B787 are all following the order in recent years. I am only trying to help with this guessing game, seems logical to make this assumption. Nobody knows exactly what Airbus could achieve by 31 Dec.

Both should be red, although HU told me last month that "we don't currently have delivery schedule for these two frames, but this can change any time." I still don't think this will happen this year. I would also add MSN265 and MSN268 to your possible list, because they've already got engines installed. Thanks , very helpful information. MSN263 is apparently on the Flightline ahead of MSN254 but I’ll be positive and make them both green. Geoff 254 got its engines installed, painted. Since last week. Delivery is expected before the end of 2018

Hope this is not just my imagination, but from observation I think Airbus like to push their deliveries in batches with about 20-25 days in between (they do still have odd two or three frames delivered in between).
There are quite a few 1st CAF in recent days, if the current batch of frames (MSN246, 251, 250, 256, 216) fly to clients from this week end to mid of November, we might be able to see two more batches before the year end.
If the second batch (MSN141, 231, 245, 255, 247, 233, 252, 248, 238) could leave 25 November - 5 December, we might see the final batch (MSN254, 259, 161, 263, 264, 265, 268, and possibly 211) been delivered 20-31 Dec.
A lot of OT happening in TLS for the next seven and a half weeks.

Actual departure dates will be set in agreement with the customer, who provide the crew and know when they want to bring the frame into service. Payment and transfer of title more likely to be when Airbus want them. Subject to discussion and agreement. Geoff

75 delivered already, 8 more did CAF, 6+4 did or waiting for first flight, plus 6 more busy getting paint job done or engine installed.
Your bet at 96 is entirely possible, and my bet was 98
