I think you got the wrong years in your table

Could see significant drop in delivery number in coming month(s), due to problem with 737 Max. Hasn't seen any new delivery of 737 since 11 March.
Only 24 737NG are in in FAL or beyond: - 4 ready for delivery - 7 already done first flight and doing product testing at flightline (1 is actually painting) - 7 pre-flight preparation, including 4 military plane that could take much longer to prepare - 6 more on FAL
Not huge number of 737NG could be delivered soon.

Could see significant drop in delivery number in coming month(s), due to problem with 737 Max. No MAX delivery should be exoected before the ban has been fully lifted. As Boeing is left with very few NGs to deliver, its delivery numbers should collapse in the next two months at the very least. Boeing however will keep production running, as reportedly it already has a fix in the works. If Boeing gets that fix quickly certified, as happened with the 787 grounding, then it will quickly catch up, and the drop in deliveries will soon be forgotten. If however the fix takes more time, then it's difficult to predict what may happen. The most terrible situation for Boeing would be if it was forced to slow production down.

Boeing could run out of space to park the MAXs at the rate they come out of the FAL unless they are allowed to fly them out to somewhere else for storage !
