About 750 of those must be A320 family and A220... I expect more than 100 A350, more than 40 A330 and even a few A380 will still be delivered. So even when 890 frames are realized, there will be less than 750 A320 and 220 family frames in that number.

I expect more than 100 A350, more than 40 A330 and even a few A380 will still be delivered. So even when 890 frames are realized, there will be less than 750 A320 and 220 family frames in that number. A rough back-of-the enveloppe calculation is that 750 narrowbodies and 150 widebodies (as outlined by Mjoelnir) would make 900 in total. That might be an internal goal, 890 being anounced for caution.
