This is a good sign. Bottlenecks are out of the way this year and if Airbus keeps such a steady rate, they can avoid the habitual end of year rush that can be costly in terms of manpower needed.

This is a good sign. Bottlenecks are out of the way this year and if Airbus keeps such a steady rate, they can avoid the habitual end of year rush that can be costly in terms of manpower needed. Yet, 69 A320 family deliveries in two months is a very low number. At a steady rate, that would mean 414 a year, when more than 700 should be expected if Airbus is to meet its 2019 guidance. Airbus seems to be still very far from a steady rate, the main difference may be that more engines were available ... I hope deliveries pick up before mid-year, proving me wrong.
