Lufthansa sells 6 A380s in 2022/23 to Airbus The engines are the same spec as BA use, would they take cheap, 12+ year old A380s ?

Well, that's always the problem with a trade-in ... Airbus will remarket the fleet. Easily said/written - not so easily done. I doubt it will happen, but fingers crossed - let's hope.....

Some production stations might already finish very soon. It might take parts around two years through the pipeline to come out as a new A380.
