I stand corrected. SEA-HKG is longer, but that recently started with an A332 as well.

I stand corrected. SEA-HKG is longer, but that recently started with an A332 as well. Checked one of the flights, clocks at 14 hrs 52 mins. And Wow! I'm seriously impressed by how far this little thing is capable of going these days. Gone are those days I had when a 12 hour Airbus ride meant that it always had to be an A340. While I lament the death of the A340, I must say, go go A330neo!

How about the payload reduction for these longest routes?

How about the payload reduction for these longest routes? No doubt, these routes must be flying reduced payloads. But if it was an issue, they'd use the 77E/L or 744s instead, don't you think?

Most likely a swap with one of the DTW-AMS frequencies. Those are mostly A330s, but there is one 77L on the route and sometimes even a 744.

I wouldn't like to act as a naughty boy here but it seems to me that DL are the worlwide most amazing champions in plane-changes (every single bookings that I have ever had with DL saw plane-changes several times (changing every week, in average), and then came back to the original-intended-plane, to change again several times and then ended in totally different airplanes than the ones I had when making the booking, on all segments of course........), I don't even understand why airlineroute mentions plane-changes with DL, the ones that they wrote in the last update aren't most likely the same anymore already......

Air Asia X, Korean and China Eastern... Well, what they have in common? Short intra Asia routes? So my wild guess is these are the first 3 A330 regionals
