I would imagine the the speed of the ramp up is from huge part given by the capacity of those dozens thousands of suppliers. You can not finish the plane if only one part of those hundred thousands is missing or not in good quality.
So I am sure that the biggest challenge would be to organize the whole thing.
To set up additional "tents" is just a minor small task - compared....

No, because Airbus can create more space if needed (like those tents on the A380 site). In the future, space may be a factor since some buildings are common to both programmes. When the A350 reaches its intended pace, and the A330neo ramps up, Airbus may struggle.

Philidor - that is a long time into the future - up to than to construct a full featured hangar if needed should not be such a problem. Or maybe some parts of the production - fitting the interior and other tedious tasks might move to some other locality - and there are many possibilities. We see how nicely it works for A380 - they put the plane together and than fly it to XFW. We know that the plane spends about the same time in both places. Similar scenario might come out for A350, A330neo if needed.
I believe there might be other more significant reason to move part of the production process somewhere else. Is there enough people in the TLS area available for such a work ? I am not sure - I would believe that most are for some time ago "swallowed" by Airbus.

There is no risk of any shortage of skilled labour, people with adequate qualifications from all over the world are fighting to get a job there (the same applies to Seattle).
