There is more nice stuff to fly over TLS tomorrow. Takeoff around 10 am. I always forget about the helicopters 😉

airinsight.com/airbus-a320neo-family-fuel-burn-numbers/. I can never understand these graphs and surveys. i would expect teh values to be trending in the opposite direction. "The neo models do have better fuel burn than the ceo models: For 2018 the A320neo was 9.3% better than the A320, and the A321neo was 10.1% better than the A321. Not near the ~15% expected. The global data is possibly too messy to provide the kind of improvements everyone has been expecting."

Why would there be parts for MSN 10002 at Toulouse already ? Could it just be a test to check the systems are ready to cope with the new 5 digit MSNs ?

Somebody messaged me and said that MSN 10002 started FAL when all other frames are currently on MSN 91xx. He wasn’t sure why but I have a feeling as well that Airbus is using this frame to test their and the suppliers system.

What is with MSN9003 to 9007. No production list shows type or any other information for those numbers.

Looking at the August O&D sheet there must be a lot of frames contractual delivered, but not flown out. I am missing 16 frames. Some of them ceo.
edit: calculation error make it one A319 delivered for Tibet airlines and not flown out.

It looks like AVIC will start fitting out A320s produced at other Airbus FALs ? first in Q2 2021 !
Quote AB press release - "The cooperation with AVIC will enhance Airbus Single Aisle aircraft (A319/A320) fuselage equipping in Tianjin, China. The first delivery of a China-equipped Airbus Single Aisle aircraft (A319/A320) fuselage is scheduled in Q2 of 2021"
