Well, well, well, Is David Neeleman work for JetBlue before? I remember he was fired from JetBlue back in 2008. He was Jetblue's founder. Before that, he worked for Southwest Airlines. As far as I know, he stepped down from Jetblue's executive board - not sure if it was due to some dispute. "Fired" is a rather strong word, I think. Edit: YAY! I am marking this as my 1000th doubledecker post!!!

Hopefully they will launch it. I think Delta is first launch customer. Delta will order A330neo sometime in mid-2014. Maybe 15 or 20 A330neo. Is that A330neo has more capabilities? Can they fly SEA-SIN or BKK nonstop? Can they do it?

787 teens is simply not that optimized for their future route in my opinion... As it would restrict them to latin amerika route only... But who knows they might take them woth great discount...

Speculation is nice, but we need some facts to fuel it.

The news that Emirates, Airbus and Rolls-Royce is in talk about an upgraded A380, may indicates that this will be linked to a A330 and a simimar engine should be able to be used for a A330neo doubledecker.boards.net/thread/485/a380-future-development?page=10This may as well put RR in a more likely position than PW and GE to power the A330neo

This may as well put RR in a more likely position than PW and GE to power the A330neo What if GE gets the A330neo for 2018 EIS and RR gets the A380neo for 2020+ EIS? And then, RR adapts the A380 Advance engine for a true A330 replacement that is based on the A350-800 a few years later? The GEnx A330 can continue selling as freighters, MRTTs and probably cheap regionals from that point on. It sounds like a win-win-win for GE, RR and Airbus!

Or that GE ends up powering both If I am to bet, I would say it will be a winner takes it all. Although it it still good chances I am wrong
