71 deliveries in JUNE ! 737-700: 2 737-800: 36 737-800A: 1 BBJ2 (737-800) 1 737-900ER 6 747-8 1767-300ER 1 777-300ER 5 777F 3 787-8 14 787-9 1 YTD 2014 (YTD 2013) 737: 238 (218)
737-700: 7 (9) 737-800: 191 (182) 737-900ER: 40 (27) 747-8 6 (12)
747-8F: 1 (8) 747-8i: 5 (4) 767: 1 (11)
767-300ER 1 (7) 767-300F: 0 (5) 777: 40 (47)
777-200ER: 0 (3) 777-200LR: 2 (0) 777-300ER: 38 (39) 777F: 8 (5) 787: 48 (17)
787-8: 47 (17) 787-9: 1 (0) Total 342 (305)
Let's hope the numbers are correct - I do have a discrepancy of "one" in year 2013 - but I did not found where the mistake is. Anyway Boeing is doing GREAT this year both sales and deliveries. Concerning sales of single aisle it might have something to do with BO offering a few years shorter waiting period.

So, over the first seven month of the year, Boeing increased deliveries by almost 12%. There are however large differences between product lines :
As expected, the main change is the 787 production ramp up (+ 32, + 132% !), even though YTD numbers still are below the planned full year average (Boeing's guidance - 110 787s in 2014 - translates into 64 in seven months).
The 737 ramp up (+ 25, + 10%) is remarkable for a mature product.
The 777 not only keeps its remarkable pace, but increases it significantly (+ 3, + 5%).
Other products are in free fall :
- 747 : - 7, - 50% [Boeing will be forced to admit that the actual production is slower than the official 1,5 per month]
- 767 : - 11, - 92% [as we all know, the fall is temporary, salvation will come from tanker versions]
Airbus deliveries grow at a much slower pace. The European manufacturer will not catch up until it starts to deliver A350s in significant numbers, and implements the planned increase in A320 production.

If your deliveries have been under your production rate for a while, then you have a growing inventory of completed aircraft. I am not sure that there are more stored completed aircraft than one year ago. Some actual deliveries concerned previously delayed aircraft ...

According to the 747-8 blog there are four aircraft stored outside KPAE. One (unallocated) is in Victorville. Three are at Pinal Air Park in Marana. Link: 747-8 Report

61 Boeing deliveries in August - BOEING is doing much much better. AB should start to increase it's production - since also the loooong wait hampers the sales.
