I believe it is although the colour makes it look like it'll be a LATAM aircraft (Or Srilankan aircraft although I don't think that's likely considering their first aircraft has been painted white). Of course they could repaint the winglet  |

It's an UL winglet removed (you can see the green remove card) because of scratch. |
