This is why Lufthansa has not opted for HUDs in their A350 cockpit. They keep them as similar as possible to the rest of their family.

Carsten Spohr thinks that he ordered too few A350 and too many 777X. Airlines keep staying away from large aircraft. The A350 has the advantage of being smaller and lighter than the 778/79.

In my opinion instead 14 "reconfirmable" 777-9X (not yet booked) LH will order 14 A350-1000.

In my opinion instead 14 "reconfirmable" 777-9X (not yet booked) LH will order 14 A350-1000. I think you might be spot on! There are/should be available slots as the US3 have deferred their orders. Guess LH is impressed with the A350 performance.
