Well I wonder if one can imagine A380 in AirAsia colors ?  I would love to see that! I quite like the Air Asia X livery. It reminds me of a type of Koi (Kohaku).  Would be a nice theme for a Japanese carrier.   I don't wanna imagine how the new livery (forgot the name) would look like on an A380...like a fat dragon? |

The Jetstar A320s were contractually delivered to Qantas Group.

Of course but SKYMARK could have done similar thing - delay those A330 for a long time. What could Airbus do ? What was the thing I meant was, those planes are leased or leased back and they were able to find someone - in this case IAP from Australia - who was ready to provide the financing - i.e. believe he will get the money. If he would not get the payments he could of course confiscate the plane but of course in that moment he is immediately in the BIG loss. To lease to someone else specifically in not common style (check it - I believe there is no one with this seating) equipped plane would not be easy..... Which might mean a lot of things...... Here we might happily speculate.  |
